Cleaning before departure

The holiday cottage/flat must always be handed over newly cleaned and at the latest at 10 am on your day of departure. When you clean, we expect you to polish the windows on the inside, vacuum clean, sweep and wipe surfaces with a damp cloth. Wooden floors and tile floors must be both vacuum cleaned and washed. In the kitchen, we expect you to clean the stove, the cupboards and the crockery, and to clean the refrigerator and leave the fridge door open. Remember your food, and don’t leave it behind in the cupboards and fridge.

Should you wish to have the cleaning before departure performed for you, you must place your order at the office at the latest 7 days before your day of departure.
Please note that washing up and tidying up are not included in this cleaning. Our service collaborators go over the holiday cottage before and after each tenant. Should we, in contrast to what we expect, find it necessary to perform a partial, or full, cleaning of the cottage after your departure, the costs will be deducted from your deposit.
